Automation
for real.

This isn't a brochure feature — you'll see it running in the video. Automated electric shuttles enter the rack, position the pallet with millimeter precision and return to the aisle in seconds. It triples density per m² and eliminates forklift idle time.

Frequently asked questions

The questions that come up
in every RFP.

What is a multi-category 3PL operator?
A 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) operator that can handle, under one roof, categories with different regulatory requirements: dry food, cosmetics, alcohol, retail, general cargo. It requires physical and WMS-logical segregation, and the relevant permits (SEREMI sanitary permit, SAG, SII).
What inventory rotation methods does the warehouse support?
FIFO (First-In, First-Out), FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) and LIFO (Last-In, First-Out). The choice is configured per customer and per SKU based on product nature: FEFO for food and cosmetics with expiry; FIFO for retail; LIFO for general cargo without expiry.
What is the operational footprint of the warehouse?
24,000 m² automated with 36,000 pallet positions. The center has 48 docks + 6 side-loading positions, a Schutter automated system, and RF technology for picking and real-time inventory control.
Do you offer kitting services?
Yes, we can quote kitting for our clients under the established procedure.
Does the warehouse allow segregation of alcohol under 24°?
Yes. We hold SII and SAG permits for alcohol with grading under 24°. The operation maintains inventory, keeps movement records for invoicing, and physically segregates these products from other categories.
